Petroliana Collecting Might Be The Way To Go!

The first time I saw the word petroliana was on a financial statement and next to the asset was a fairly large dollar amount to indicate value.  My next step was to pronounce the word a few times to get it to the point to where at least I thought it sounded right.  Finally I asked myself, Petroliana, what is it?  Going to my trusted sources, Google and wikipdeia , I quickly learned that Petroliana is a category of collectibles.    Amazing are the pictures of items and the majority are related to gas stations or the petroleum industry.  Petroliana memorabilia will include a variety of items such as old gas pumps, posters and fuel advertisements, a huge assortment of enamel or tin signs, oil cans, and even old road maps.  It’s all pretty amazing stuff to me. The great thing is that petroliana collectors have some really neat man cave items that would make every man proud to own, while their spouse might think otherwise. ...

What sounds like an annual activity we normally relate to the fall harvest season across the country in about every U.S. state is quickly becoming an out of control epidemic in the cities of America.   Apple Picking is the alarming increase of phone thefts that are occurring, particularly Apple products and mostly the iPhone.
