Remember high school and college when essays, short paragraphs, and letter writing were considered basic necessities?
Little things we had to command in order to survive in a relationship or in business.
Then there is cursive writing, proper penmanship, grammar, content, just a few things I remember working to get right.
I never asked why. I just did the work because I was told to do it.
Not so anymore today.

Why?
Relationships are meant to last longer than 10 seconds.
I'm not concerned about the adults using Snapchat because you know better and this Snapchat thing you're going through will pass.
My concern is our youth.
Social media is all they do.
Look at them...heads down.
Their days are consumed with Tweets (140 character), Texts (limited content of emojis and diluted language), and Snapchat (10 seconds) of content, and then it disappears.
Imagine their ability to communicate a few years from now.
